Uses knowledge of coordination within a commercial leasing organization to include reviewing legal contracts and documents for validation and completeness.
May also help assist individual lease administrators coordinate and complete paperwork..
Essential Functions :
- Prepares commercial leases / subleases and other related documents.
- Maintains and updates the lease activities in a database.
- Maintains relationship with the landlords and occupants.
- Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others.
- A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
- Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit / department.
Education & Experience :
- Bachelor's degree in area of specialty
- Commercial leasing or real estate experience
- years of experience in the field or in a related area
Additional Requirements :
- Proficiency using MS Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to travel and work flexible hours when needed
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check & drug test
- Candidates must meet eligibility requirements as candidates will be processed for a Public Trust clearance
