MBA Consulting Services, Inc. is actively seeking a talented and driven SharePoint Developer to join our team in supporting our government client in Largo, Maryland. As a key player in our technology team, you will leverage your expertise to design, develop, and maintain SharePoint solutions that drive efficiency and innovation within a dynamic government environment.
This is a hybrid position that will require both remote work and onsite presence at our client's location in Largo, Maryland. You will have the flexibility of working remotely, while also collaborating closely with team members and stakeholders through onsite interactions as needed.

Responsibilities
- Perform data mining and advanced analysis using a broad range of techniques to determine trends, establish predictions and make recommendations to process owners, data stakeholders and management
- Provide data insights and support to teams building dashboards, reporting prototypes and emerging data visualization analytic tools
- Identify systemic issues and evaluate potential future changes in operational performance
- Utilize operations research methodology, data modeling and analysis, computational engineering and other problem analysis and solving methodologies to develop insights and solutions
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience
- Experience in Data warehousing and Business Intelligence/analytics
- Experience developing applications using SharePoint, SharePoint Designer, Flow, PowerApps
- Experience in implementing, configuring, customizing, upgrading and administering and troubleshooting SharePoint
- Ability to gather and analyze data, then effectively translate complex business requirements into optimal and scalable data model and visualizations
- Must be comfortable working with multiple very large datasets with a high degree of complex relationships at many levels of detail
- Knowledge of relational databases, data warehousing, business intelligence, and CRM tools
- Create complex load scripts for extraction and transformation of raw data into functional reporting data model using advanced techniques like multi-tier QVD generation, ApplyMap, Loops, etc.
- Strong hands-on database design, modeling, and advanced SQL skills
- Experience in RDMS systems such as Oracle, MS SQL Server etc.
- Strong hands-on experience optimizing extraction scheduling and query processing time
- Ability to propose viable designs and products given a set of general requirements, then work independently to produce the desired results
- Experience implementing systems through the entire lifecycle, including analysis, design, build, testing, implementation, and support
- Ability to map various databases used in the organization to design, build and deploy BI Solutions
- Candidate must be able to sit, stand and work at a computer for prolonged periods
- Ability to work flexible hours when needed
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check & drug test
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance
