MBCH is seeking a Payroll and Benefits Specialist to facilitate and support key processes and accountabilities within the Human Resources department, primarily in the area of Payroll and Benefits. The best candidate will be able to work on problems of varying scope, analyze data/situations, and identify factors for resolution, as well as exercise judgement within defined procedures and practices.

- Personnel Records Administration
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2 years’ experience in payroll/benefits administration
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Accounting, Business, or closely related program
- Successful completion of any initial and recurrent training and/or certification required of this position
