This PRN position in our Northern Colorado market, where you'll collaborate with fellowship-trained clinicians, is perfect for both new graduates and experienced therapists.
Compensation: Hourly rates range from $58.00 to $71.00, based on experience
Work Schedule: PRN
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and assess patients' physical therapy needs, formulate specific treatment plans and goals, and implement these plans with physician approval.
- Completion of all required documentation in an accurate and timely manner:
- Initial evaluations
- Daily treatment notes
- Staffing reports
- Discharge summaries
- Timely reassessment
- Educational activities for patient
- Billing-related documentation
- Insurance justification letters for equipment purchase and rentals
- Other patient care-related documents as needed
- Provide patient educational services, both verbally and in writing, documenting all educational activities and patient responses in charts.
- Supervise the administration of physical therapy services by the Physical Therapy Assistant as needed.
- Participate in treatment plan reviews, patient case review conferences, patient assessments and reassessments, and staffing with physicians.
- Adhere to the company's established policies and procedures, including strict patient confidentiality.
- Assist the Medical Director as directed in the following, but not limited to: Utilization Review & Quality Assurance
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s, Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Valid physical therapy license in good standing, or diploma to practice physical therapy in the State of Colorado.
- Current CPR certification.
- Must be willing to provide coverage to our Loveland, Greeley and Fort Collins Clinics.
