- Set up, operate, and maintain uv coaters, laminating and die-cutting machines.
- Read and interpret job tickets/work orders.
- Monitor material quality and machine performance throughout the run.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues to minimize downtime and ensure consistent quality.
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet required standards and tolerances.
- Follow safety procedures and company guidelines to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on equipment as needed.
- Keep accurate records of production output, materials used, and machine settings.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow.
- 1 years of experience operating UV coaters, lamination and/or die-cutting machines preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable standing, lifting, and performing repetitive tasks for extended periods.
- Basic math and measurement skills.
