Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bindery Operator to join our team. As a Bindery Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining bindery and finishing equipment to produce high-quality printed materials.

This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

Duties :

  • Set up and operate various bindery and finishing machines such as cutters, folders, stitchers, UV coaters, die cutters and laminators
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on bindery and finishing equipment
  • Inspect finished products for quality control and make adjustments as needed
  • Collaborate with other team members to meet production goals
  • Follow established procedures and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment

Requirements :

  • Previous experience as a Bindery Operator or similar role
  • Familiarity with quality control standards in the printing industry
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
