Position Overview:As a Project Engineer, you’ll lead and design cutting-edge residential and commercial site projects, working alongside a talented team of industry experts. Your work will shape the communities of tomorrow through site layouts, grading, drainage design, utility planning, and regulatory compliance.

💼 Salary:
Commensurate with experience.
Key Responsibilities:• Lead and collaborate with cross-disciplinary project teams
• Design site layouts, grading, drainage systems, utilities, and roadways
• Prepare detailed engineering site plans and technical reports
• Perform drainage calculations and compile wetlands/environmental reports
• Represent MBL at municipal meetings and project hearings
• Present confidently to clients, boards, and regulatory agencies
Required Skills and Abilities:• Exceptional written and verbal communication
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proactive, self-motivated, and team-oriented
• Creative thinker and skilled problem-solver
• Adaptable to shifting priorities with effective delegation skills
Qualifications:• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (required)
• Engineer in Training (EIT) certification (required)
• 4 years of experience in civil engineering (preferred)
• Soil Evaluator License (preferred, not required)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D (required)
• Knowledge of HydroCAD or similar stormwater modeling software
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Word; GIS experience a plus
