POSITION LOCATION: VALLIANT, OKLAHOMA
CROSS WIRELESS DBA BRAVADO IS IN SEARCH OF AN ENERGETIC, MOTIVATED INDIVIDUAL TO ASSIST CUSTOMERS IN PERSON AND OVER THE PHONE IN A RETAIL SETTING IN THE SALE AND ACTIVATION OF VOICE AND DATA DEVICES AND SERVICES AT OUR VALLIANT, OKLAHOMA BRAVADO WIRELESS RETAIL STORE.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Provides assistance to customers in the selection and purchase of wireless telecommunications products and services.
Obtains or receives merchandise, totals bill, accepts payment, and makes change for customers.
Answers customer questions and resolves customer service issues relating to phone bills, equipment, products and services.
Maintains store and merchandise in proper condition
Supervisory Responsibilities
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
Must have experience in Microsoft Office applications.
Retail Sales and Cash Handling experience desired.
