MBS is hiring a Regional Sales Manager in Houston, TX This position is a full-time, direct hire opportunity.
FULL JOB DESCRIPTION
PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Present, promote and sell products and services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers within the assigned territory
- Perform analysis of existing and potential customers to meet their needs
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling, door-to-door, presentations etc.
- Resolve customer complaints, investigating and handling of customer’s rejections and service problems, developing solutions and maximizing customer satisfaction and maintain trust
- Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors
- Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc
- Prepare and supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services, make recommendation to management
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management
- Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for its territory, projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products
- Implement sales programs by developing sales action plans that expand company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence within the assigned territory
- Analyze trends and results, the territory / market’s potential, track sales and status reports
- Regular attendance at any of the Company's meetings and training sessions
- Communicate Company's policies to customers
- Provides support for trade shows, open houses
- Prompt handling of inquiries, correspondence, and orders forwarded by the Company
- Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
- Timely completes associated administrative tasks and responsibilities (e.g. Expense reports, sales reports etc.)
- Update CRM with contacts, meetings, phone calls, and deals
- Other duties may be assigned
