MBS is hiring a Scheduler in Covington, KY. This position is a full-time, Direct Hire opportunity.

FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in maintaining and updating production schedules, ensuring alignment with machine capacity, labor availability, and material constraints.
• Collaborate with production, sales, and customer service teams to communicate lead times and scheduling updates.
• Monitor production progress, identify potential bottlenecks, and proactively communicate any risks or delays to the Master Scheduler.
• Input, update, and analyze scheduling data in our custom scheduling system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying areas for optimization within the scheduling process.
• Assist in troubleshooting scheduling conflicts and adjusting schedules as needed to accommodate changing priorities.
• Ensure that all schedule-related documentation is accurate and up to date.
• Provide administrative support for scheduling functions, including reporting and data tracking.
