Miller Brother Staffing has the immediate need of an experienced Commercial Estimator in Southern York County for a direct hire scenario.
Pay Rate - $55K-$65K / year based on experience
Shift : 1 st shift : Monday-Friday 7 am-5 pm

Job Description / Duties
We're seeking an organized, detail-oriented team player to estimate residential and commercial jobs in our Installation Department, while effectively communicating with our customers as well as our internal group.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Responsible for accurate estimating commercial fencing opportunities; presenting and selling company products and services to new and existing customersFollow up on leads, invitations to bid, and prospects onlineImmediate responses to all customer questions and pricing needsResponsible for preparation of all necessary shop drawings and product submittalsMaintain clear lines of communication with clients and installation personnelExperience / familiarity in construction strongly preferredResponsible to go out on-site to look at jobs and also be in the office. There will be a vehicle provided to use during the workday, but not to take home.CHARACTERISTICS / ATTRIBUTES :
