Pay Rate - $29 / hour = $60K / year
Shift : 2nd Shift : 6pm-4am Monday - Friday

Description :
The Operations Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the facility. The Operations Supervisor oversees employees, production, and efficiency to make sure the facilities are running smoothly, quickly, efficiently, and safely. The Operations Supervisor utilizes their experience and / or expertise to solve problems and develop and execute objectives for themselves and others.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities :
Oversees daily floor operations.
Ensures a safe work environment and follows all safety regulations.
Responsible for production output per quality policies, specifications, regulations, and instructions.
Addresses employee issues.
Optimizes productive time for employees by eliminating unnecessary processes.
Works with management to implement the company's policies.
Assists with other projects, as needed, and performs other duties as assigned.
Follows the code of conduct and policies defined in the employee handbook.
Competencies :
Accomplish staff communicating job expectations and monitoring job results
Flexible with time and schedule to ensure availability to the company as needed
Ability to communicate professionally, effectively, and courteously.
Ability to work under pressure to meet customer deadlines.
Must be on time and present at the facility to work.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or GED
4 years of process manager experience.
Physical Demands :
Dexterity is mandatory as this job requires frequent use of hands and fingers.
Will be required to talk, hear, and see. Vision requirements for this position include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, the ability to adjust focus, and the ability to differentiate between colors.
Occasional lifting and moving of up to 80 lbs.
Work Environment :
Exposure to production areas.
Includes exposure to sounds and noise levels that are distracting or uncomfortable.
