Description
POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for development, management, and retention of a quality Ag and / or Commercial loan
portfolio. Assists with building full banking relationships with customers, including referrals to other
areas of the bank based on customer needs. Performs routine duties with minimal supervision.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following
Originates, services, and monitors Ag and / or Commercial loan accounts within established loan policy guidelines.
2 Calls on potential or existing customers to develop new business and increase or retain existing
business, including cross-selling and sales referrals to all areas of the bank as necessary.
