ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
1) Ensures high quality customer service through a variety of communication channels, including phone, Banno Conversations, and emails by using customer names and asking appropriate questions to determine needs.
2) Provides support to customers with deposit operations questions including account verifications, online banking password resets, debit card questions and orders, address changes, checks orders, and stop payment requests.
3) Assists with general ledger balancing, report monitoring, basic audit functions, notice printing and distributing.
4) Supports all areas of the bank by answering employee questions related to Deposit Operations products, policies, and procedures.
5) Assists with miscellaneous branch operations duties such as accounts payable maintenance, bank securities, sweep accounts, and bank supply ordering.
6) Provides support within other bank functions as needed and as assigned. Includes but not limited to providing limited teller coverage in opening and closing procedures along with lunch or short-staffed need
SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Education:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Experience:
- One year customer service or banking experience preferred
- Computer Skills:
- Proficiency in the use of basic office equipment, 10-key calculator, keyboarding, Microsoft Office, web-based software, banking software, and overall computer navigation.
