Job purpose
The Store Administrator provides administrative support for the Corporate Office, Jiffy Lube and Taco Bell stores. Their main responsibility is to process accounts payable for store licenses and permits, including store tracking logs. To be successful this person can multi-task, have strong organizational skills and be detailed oriented.
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to
Liaison for store operations.
Track and coordinate payment for store licenses, permits and any local required fees (BAR, EPA, Haz Waste, Annual and Bi-Annual testing).
Maintain and update excel store and service log.
Process service requests and maintain log for store phones, internet, and trash.
Track and coordinate payments for fire inspection / testing invoices.
Develop and maintain store filing system.
Advertising
Prepare advertising reimbursement requests.
Process payments.
Prepare monthly operations calendar.
Back up for Receptionist.
Cross train in other departments / positions.
Adhere to all company policies, procedures and safety practices.
Provide assistance as needed for general office or accounting projects.
Qualifications
High school diploma.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
The ability to add, subtract, multiply, or divide correctly.
Must be reliable and timely on a daily basis.
Solid written and verbal communication skills.
Professional attitude and appearance.
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Must have strong organizational skills and customer service attitude.
Working Conditions
Fast-paced office environment.
Occasional pressure to produce under severe time constraints and deadlines. May be requested to work overtime and weekends from time to time.
Physical requirements
While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to handle or feel and talk or hear.
The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and / or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and / or move up to 25 pounds.
