Job Purpose
The Store Administrator provides essential administrative support to the corporate office and store locations. This role focuses on processing accounts payable for licenses and permits, maintaining tracking logs, and supporting smooth operational processes. Success in this position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
Duties and Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the Store Administrator include, but are not limited to :
Administrative and Operational Support
Act as a liaison between store operations and the corporate office.
Track and coordinate payments for store licenses, permits, and local compliance fees (e.g., environmental, hazardous waste, and testing requirements).
Maintain and update detailed logs for licenses, permits, services, and compliance deadlines.
Process and log service requests for utilities, including phones, internet, and waste management.
Track and coordinate fire inspection and testing invoices.
Advertising and Reimbursements
Prepare advertising reimbursement requests and process related payments.
Support advertising operations, ensuring timely submissions and updates.
File and Calendar Management
Develop and maintain an organized filing system for store documentation.
Prepare and distribute monthly operational calendars.
General Office Support
Act as a backup for reception duties and cross-train with other departments as needed.
Assist with general office or accounting projects as assigned.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Strong arithmetic skills for basic calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Solid written and verbal communication skills.

Working Conditions
