- Previous experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar leadership role within a professional kitchen.
- Strong culinary skills and passion for high-quality, locally sourced cuisine.
- Ability to lead and inspire a team while maintaining a positive kitchen culture.
- Knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety regulations, and budgeting.
