What You'll Do:
As a Staff Accountant, you'll be responsible for the financial health of properties assigned to you, ensuring that monthly reports are accurate, timely, and comply with accounting standards. Your role will include:

Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and profit and loss reports.

Account Reconciliation: Reconcile discrepancies and monitor cash flow, helping to keep the financial pulse of each property.

Vendor Management: Manage operating cash and process monthly vendor payments.

Budget Analysis: Analyze actual versus budgeted expenses and report discrepancies.

Audit Support: Work with internal and external auditors to ensure financial data is accurate and compliant.

Petty Cash & Cash Flow: Maintain petty cash, check requests, and handle property-related financial transactions.

Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with other departments to resolve issues and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Who We're Looking For:

Experience: 3–5 years of accounting experience (preferably with a background in property management accounting). A Bachelor's degree in Accounting is preferred but not required.

Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with property management software (Yardi is a plus).
