The Quality Assurance Technician is responsible for verifying the quality of in-process and finished products, for providing direct support to Operations, and for performing area audits and other tasks that may be assigned.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure products are safe, legal, and of excellent quality.
- Perform in-process testing according to control plans.
- Review and verify all documentation for completed Job Packs.
- Verify Changeovers/Startups (CO/SU) with the Team Lead.
- Conduct weekly Area Audits.
- Enter nonconformances and ensure correct labeling.
- Record rework instructions on STOP! control tickets.
- Provide shift support to Operations, including troubleshooting assistance.
- Log daily observations into the QA logbook.
- Enter sample testing results into Excel and upload to SharePoint.
Qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize tasks based on risk.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data entry.

Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: 12 Hour Shifts: 7:00am-7:00pm
Work 7 out of 14 days every two weeks. Every other weekend is a 3-day weekend off!
