Primary Duties & Responsibilities
The Senior Accountant will be part of the Operations team, reporting to the Senior Finance & Operations Administrator work closely with management to provide timely and accurate financial information to the company's leadership. This role involves maintaining records of financial transactions, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with the company's guidelines and operating procedures. The Senior Accountant will also be responsible for preparing financial reports, assisting with compliance matters, and providing support to other team members as needed.
- Balance and maintain accurate ledgers, reconcile with the general ledger.
- Download accounting transactions for integration with multiple systems for accounting and reconciliation, including but not limited to vendor invoices, credit card transactions, bank deposits, and intercompany transactions.
- Understand the relationship of each tech application with the others, becoming proficient in troubleshooting connection issues.
- Provide support to other team members when needed.
- Invoicing and collection of accounts receivable.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.
- Assist with the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies.
- Assist with compliance and provide necessary documentation and support.

Salary : $85,000 - $95,000
