You will work closely with our team to maintain smooth production flow and meet project deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Program, set up, and operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, etc.)
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and 3D models
- Ensure quality by inspecting finished parts and maintaining tolerance standards
- Troubleshoot and make necessary adjustments to machines and programs
- Collaborate with the team to optimize processes and improve efficiency
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- 5 years of experience as a CNC Programmer/Machinist
- Strong knowledge of CNC programming (G-code, M-code, etc.)
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints
- Proficient with precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
