In this role, you'll be at the forefront of complex commercial real estate transactions, handling everything from sophisticated lease agreements to intricate property development deals. You'll work with premium retail, restaurant, hospitality and commercial entities while managing critical documentation for high-value properties.
What You'll Do : - Lead the preparation and negotiation of complex commercial and ground leases, purchase agreements, and strategic property documents- Provide expert legal analysis for shopping center operations, including operating agreements and reciprocal easement arrangements- Oversee document workflow from initial drafting through execution, ensuring precision and compliance- Drive the success of new development projects through comprehensive legal oversight- Manage proprietary deal tracking systems to maintain accurate transaction records
What You'll Bring : - 2-5 years of proven experience as a commercial real estate attorney- Active law license from any U.S. state bar association- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school- Strong background in retail / commercial leasing and real estate transfers- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Salary : $150,000 - $180,000
