What You’ll Do :

Lead & Oversee Multiple Projects – Manage multiple construction sites across our communities, ensuring every home is built to McCaffrey Homes' award-winning standards.
Foster Strong Partnerships – Work closely with local jurisdictions, inspectors, architects, engineers, and various internal teams, including Sales, Design, Purchasing, Land Development, and Customer Service.
Manage Schedules & Teams – Oversee and mentor superintendents and superintendent assistants, ensuring timely project completion while maintaining quality and cleanliness.
Solve Problems & Drive Efficiency – Address construction challenges, coordinate with subcontractors, and find solutions to ensure smooth operations.
Ensure Compliance & Safety – Uphold SWPPP, safety programs, and McCaffrey Homes’ quality control standards.
Deliver Outstanding Customer Experience – Strive for 90% or better homeowner satisfaction scores by ensuring top-tier craftsmanship and seamless home delivery.

What We’re Looking For :

Experienced Builder – 5-10 years as a Lead Superintendent in residential construction.

Education & Expertise – Degree in Construction Management preferred (relevant experience may substitute).

Technical Skills – Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications with precision.

Strong Communicator – Excellent verbal and written communication skills to coordinate across teams and with key stakeholders.

Leadership & Organization – Proven ability to manage multiple projects and lead construction teams effectively.

Project Management Proficiency – Experience using project scheduling software to track progress and meet deadlines.

Problem-Solving Mindset – Quick-thinking and proactive in resolving site challenges and optimizing processes.
