CLEAR Site Coordinator - Sign-On Bonus for licensed clinical professional (LCSW, LMFT, LPC)

The CLEAR Site Coordinator is a clinical role responsible for oversight, regional planning, and implementation of the Community and Law Enforcement for Addiction Recovery (CLEAR) program in collaboration with the Statewide Project Manager and statewide implementation team. The Site Coordinator will organize and coordinate responses to overdoses in the community and will provide oversight and clinical supervision to the Community Engagement Team who regularly conduct community outreach, offer harm reduction services, and follow-up on overdose events.
Full-time / Exempt
Salary begins at $82,000
QUALIFICATIONS
Licensed clinical professional (LCSW, LMFT, LPC). Three or more years of supervisory experience required. Experience with underserved and marginalized populations required, experience with substance use disorders and / or mental health preferred. Experience working with law enforcement or first responders preferred. Experience in program management preferred.
Valid Driver’s license required
