We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team. The HR Assistant will provide administrative support to Human Resources department and assist with various functions. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills strong communication abilities, and passion for working with people.
**Responsibilities:** 1. Assist with recruitment efforts by scheduling interviews, posting job openings, and maintaining candidate databases. 2. Process paperwork related to new hires, terminations, and employee status changes. 3. Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems. 4. Assist with onboarding activities for new employees, including conducting orientations and ensuring completion of required documents. 5. Respond to employee inquiries and provide information or guidance on HR-related matters. 6. Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and employee inquiries. 7. Help coordinate training. 8. Assist with performance management processes, including tracking evaluations and providing support to managers. 9. Generate reports and analyze HR data to support decision-making processes. 10. Support HR projects and initiatives as needed. 11. Ensure compliance with all HR policies and procedures.
**Requirements:**
Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in HR. 2. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.. Proficiency in MS Office applications. 4. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. 5. Knowledge of HR practices and procedures is a plus. 6. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
