Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Spooler to join our dynamic team. The Spooler plays a crucial role in the production process, ensuring that ESP materials are efficiently wound onto spools for further processing, as well as efficiently installing ESP materials on a workover rig platform. This position requires a keen eye for quality and precision, as well as the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Operate machinery to wind materials onto spools according to specifications, as well as unwinding and installing materials.
- Monitor the winding process to ensure quality and consistency of the finished product.
- Perform routine maintenance on spooling equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the spooling process and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records of production output and any discrepancies encountered.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
