We are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Technician to join our team at McCandless Ford. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest level of vehicle repair and maintenance.

Responsibilities:
- 1 years of Service Technician experience preferred
- Ford certification required (or the ability to obtain Ford certification within 90 days)
- Pennsylvania State Inspection License required
- High school diploma or equivalent, ASE Certification required
- B level qualifications, including Diagnostic, Electrical and Engine Repair
- Dexterity, requiring a steady hand, excellent hand-eye coordination
- Mechanical and troubleshooting skills and ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
- Excellent customer service skills and basic computer competencies
- Positive, friendly attitude, along with an eagerness to improve
- Enjoy working in a dynamic environment
- Teamwork and collaboration with others
- Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications
Qualifications:
- Must have a valid Pennsylvania Safety Inspection License
- Emissions Inspection License a plus
- Team player
- Must have own tools
- Valid driver's license
- High School Diploma
