The Role:

We are looking for strong Account Supervisors to join our teams here in NYC. You are someone who is ready for a challenge, who is intrigued and ready for an opportunity to work on fast moving and exciting clients. You’ll be supporting businesses that have an appetite for bold ideas that really push the boundaries in their respective categories and industries.

We are in need of someone who can be a true partner and work harmoniously with our internal and integrated agency teams, as well as our client, bringing a fresh perspective to the agency and help to develop revolutionary creative work and drive business goals.

What You’ll Do…

• Help to support sharp, strategic clients and brands as they look to push the boundaries of creative possibilities and executional opportunities, while being a driving force behind their success.
• Lead and support a variety of integrated work streams while helping to position these brands as leaders in their categories.
• Drive thought leadership, strategic and campaign-level deliverables for the future of the brand, and be able to identify great creative ideas in their infancy that will help further overarching business and sales goals, while always keeping an eye toward category guardrails.
• Develop strong relationships with clients across various disciplines throughout the organization, as well as agency counterparts on the Creative, Strategy, Production teams and integrated agency partners across Media and PR teams.
• Serve as an advocate and coach to the account team to help the day-to-day business run smoothly. Inspire the growth and development of your team – ability to manage up and down.

What You Bring …

• 5 years of experience in advertising or related disciplines
• Integrated production and digital experience required
• Proactive and solution-oriented
• High attention to detail and process oriented
• A big thinker: see the big picture, and constantly be optimizing process.
• A strong communicator - conveys clear, confident, poignant POV's (written and spoken) and ensures key information is delivered appropriately
• Ready to facilitate, push and mold creative ideas from development, presentation to execution

Salary Range

The salary range for this position is $80,000-$100,000. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; the associated discipline market considerations; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee’s/applicant’s background, pertinent experience, and qualifications.

Location

McCann New York team members must reside in or be willing to relocate to the New York Tristate area unless otherwise agreed upon by their manager and McCann New York’s Human Resources team. McCann New York is a hybrid workplace with three days in office a week.
