What You’ll Be Doing:
🔹 CRM Follow-Up & Customer Engagement:
- Regularly follow up with sold and unsold customers to ensure satisfaction and maintain relationships.
- Use CRM tools to schedule follow-ups, send reminders, and track interactions with customers.
🔹 Appointment Readiness & Support:
- Confirm customer appointments and ensure they’re fully prepared.
- Assist in making sure sales appointments are well-organized for a smooth customer experience.
🔹 Sold Customer Management:
- Act as an additional point of contact for sold customers, helping them with any post-sale questions or concerns.
- Build strong long-term relationships to increase satisfaction and loyalty.
🔹 Survey & Customer Satisfaction Optimization:
- Work on strategies to enhance survey response rates and customer feedback.
- Analyze customer survey data and collaborate on ways to improve overall satisfaction.
🔹 Telematics Upgrades & Enrollments:
- Proactively introduce customers to connected vehicle technology, helping them enroll and upgrade their telematics features.
- Track and report telematics adoption rates and collaborate on ways to improve conversions.
🔹 Customer Retention & Growth:
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within our existing customer base.
- Provide exceptional, personalized service to ensure customers stay engaged with the dealership.
What We’re Looking For:

✅ Ability to follow directions and stay organized
✅ Tech-savvy – Familiarity with CRM systems & Microsoft Office is a plus
✅ A team player who’s eager to learn and grow in the automotive industry
✅ Previous experience in sales support or customer service is a plus but not required
