Job Duties and Responsibilities :
- Greet customers, listen to customer concerns and write detailed service orders based on customer concerns
- Review vehicle report for recalls that need completed and verify applicable warrantys
- Answering phones, schedule appointments, review recommended / upcoming services
- Communicate to technicians throughout the process of repairs to keep customer
- Provide cost estimate of mechanical and maintenance repairs
- Maintain customer satisfaction score at or above dealership standards
