PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Safely operate and maintain various construction machinery including cranes, fiction cranes, hydraulic cranes, etc.Always follow McCarthy's safety policies and under no circumstances by-pass or deactivate any safety featuresIdentify and communicate hazards, and danger zonesPerform daily inspections and Monthly Boom Down inspections, bringing all safety issues up to site managementAssist with the creation of critical lift plansSafely lift and carry loads by using proper equipmentPerform or ensure the 8 hour / shift greasing requirements are completedAlways maintain crane cab and job site cleanCompletes Crew Task Hazard Analysis (THA) logs dailyQUALIFICATIONS
