Duties
- Schedule and confirm maintenance appointments, ensuring optimal use of time and resources.
- Coordinate with the field technicians.
- Handle incoming calls and respond to inquiries regarding scheduling and services offered.
- Utilize scheduling software such HouseCall Pro and BeeLine to manage appointments efficiently.
- Perform data entry tasks, including 10 key typing for accurate record keeping.
Skills
- Proficiency in scheduling to maximize technician efficiency.
- Strong common sense approach to scheduling.
- Familiarity with scheduling software such as HouseCall Pro.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with technicians and tenants.
- Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in scheduling and record management.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
