Job Description:
This position oversees the clinical inpatient and outpatient nutritional care provided at Murray Calloway County Hospital. This includes acute care setting, outpatient settings in the Center for Health and Wellness, Bariatric Solutions Clinic and the Regional Cancer Center. This position requires a combination of leadership and management skills as well as nutrition expertise to ensure the patients receive high quality nutrition care. This position requires collaboration with healthcare teams for an interdisciplinary approach while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. This position reports to the Director of Nutrition Services.
Required Licenses and Certifications:
- [Kentucky, United States] Dietitian and Nutritionist
Licensure in Kentucky as a home state.
Minimum Education:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in nutrition and Dietetics.
Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential.
Minimum Work Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience serving as a clinical and/or outpatient registered dietitian.
