Lawn Care Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lawn Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for landscaping and lawn care, with the ability to maintain and enhance outdoor spaces. This role involves various tasks related to lawn maintenance, including mowing, irrigation, and hardscape installation. The Lawn Technician will work closely with clients to ensure their landscaping needs are met while providing exceptional service.

Duties

• Perform regular lawn care tasks such as fertilizing, aerating, treating for weeds to maintain healthy and attractive lawns.
• Irrigate lawns effectively to promote growth and sustainability.
• Build and maintain landscape features including flower beds, shrubs, and trees.
• Execute snow plowing duties during winter months to ensure safe access for clients.
• Conduct tree trimming and pruning to enhance the health and appearance of trees.
• Install hardscape elements such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls as needed.
• Utilize mechanical knowledge to operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently.
• Communicate with clients regarding their landscaping needs and provide recommendations for improvements.

Experience

• Previous experience in lawn care or landscaping is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals.
• Familiarity with irrigation systems and landscape maintenance practices is a plus.
• Mechanical knowledge related to landscaping equipment operation is beneficial.
• A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team are essential for success in this role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.01 per hour
