What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lawn Care Specialist position at Penn Bros. Lawncare?
What You’ll Do:
- Operate high-powered lawn equipment, including zero-turn mowers, weed eaters, and push mowers.
- Trim and prune hedges, low-hanging branches, and plant life using hand and power tools.
- Clear debris like leaves and branches using rakes, blowers, and other tools.
- Apply fertilizers to enhance lawn health and growth.
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Load, unload, and transport lawn care equipment.
- Drive to different job sites and ensure timely service.
- Communicate with the Crew Leader to maintain schedules and quality standards.
What We’re Looking For:

✅ Experience towing and maneuvering a truck with an attached trailer.
