Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Manager/Administrator at McClintock & Turk, Inc. The role involves providing administrative assistance, managing office equipment, delivering exceptional customer service, and handling office administration tasks. The responsibilities of this position are as follows:
- Maintain Filing Systems
- Answer and Direct Calls
- General Customer Service
- Maintain Office Equipment
- Inventory Management
- General Administrative Tasks
- General Office Maintenance
- Assist Accounting Staff with Special Projects/Assignments
- All other duties, as assigned
Qualifications
- High School Diploma, or equivalent.
- Communication and Customer Service skills
- Administrative Assistance and Office Administration skills
- Proficiency in using and maintaining office equipment
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in the construction industry,
- Knowledge of MS Office and/or ERP systems, or
- Degree in Business Administration or related field.
