Maintenance Support Coordinator
Overview
Reports to VP of Maintenance
The Maintenance Support Coordinator is responsible for processing outside vendor invoices, as well as key communicator to field operations regarding scheduling and tracking of PM’s and status of down equipment and repairs. Ensures an elevated level of service to external as well as internal customers.
Responsibilities
- Track and schedule PMs with vendors, drivers, and Operations Personnel
- Entering vendor invoice.
- Phone duties
- Handling DVCR from drivers
- Assist Maintenance Personnel with scheduling work.
- Repair Order and Invoice Data entry.
- Coordinate a prompt, efficient, and timely flow of paperwork.
- Coordinates with internal Maintenance Personnel on the resolution of questions, concerns, and processing procedures to ensure correct paperwork is forwarded to Accounts Payable
- Coordinates and corresponds with vendors and Operations Managers
- Communicate any unexpected delays with Managers.
- Identify areas of opportunity and workable solutions
- Other duties in support of the Maintenance Department
Education
- Equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience
- Excel, Word Knowledge
- Computer Data Entry Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Analytical acumen
- Ability to prioritize.
- Experience in Trimble TMT or Other Maintenance Software
- Experience with Tractor and Trailer Repair and Maintenance a Plus
