What are the responsibilities and job description for the Program Coordinator position at NJ Alliance of Family Support Organizations?
The Program Coordinator will assist the Executive Director and Director of Family Support Organization (FSO) Programs with organizational day-to-day activities and providing technical assistance to all 15 FSOs.
Responsibilities Include:
· Assist the Executive Director and Director of FSO Programs with their duties.
· Assist with providing technical assistance to the FSOs
- P-CIS software support
- Documentation support
- Training support
- New Executive Director support
- FSO program support
· Provide T/A statewide with a focus in the Central Jersey region
· Assist with facilitation of monthly meetings with FSP Coordinators, Outreach
Coordinators, Youth Coaches, and additional sub-committee meetings.
· Assist with FSP Certification Trainings.
· Assist with NJAFSO activities.
Requirements:
· Innovative, self-starter
· Excellent communication and organizational skills
· Proficiency in basic computer software business applications, including Microsoft
Word, Excel, Google drive and Power Point.
· Detail-oriented
· Non-profit experience a plus
· Ability to work independently
· Authorized to work in the United States.
· Must have a driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
· Must be a people person.
· Must be available for flexible hours between 9:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m.
This position is a temporary part-time position paid through a state of NJ contract that ends June 30, 2025 with the possibility of becoming a permanent position. This job is in-person and virtual (hybrid).
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary
Pay: $30,000.00 - $35,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 25 per week
