Warehousing operation in Orlando, FL.
As a national leader in specialized logistics, McCollister’s has built a reputation for excellence in high-value, white-glove delivery services. We are expanding our presence in the fitness equipment space and are looking for a strategic, hands-on leader to take our Orlando operations to the next level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of final mile delivery and warehouse operations for fitness equipment, including receiving, staging, scheduling, routing, and customer delivery
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of drivers, warehouse staff, and dispatch personnel
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through consistent communication, proactive issue resolution, and a focus on service excellence
- Manage day-to-day execution in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment, driving continuous improvement in performance, safety, and customer satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with company policies, DOT regulations, and safety protocols
- Partner with internal stakeholders including Sales, Account Management, and Corporate Support to align service delivery with client expectations
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in final mile delivery operations, preferably with fitness equipment or white glove services
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing frontline teams in a dynamic environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills – must be confident in face-to-face and written communication with clients
- Ability to adapt and lead through ambiguity, shifting priorities, and operational challenges
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with routing systems, logistics software, and Microsoft Office Suite
