About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and skilled End User Technical Support Analyst to provide frontline IT support services. This role is suited for professionals who excel at desktop support, device deployment, and assisting users in day-to-day technical needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide on-site technical support including desktop reimaging and deployment of Windows 10 devices
- Perform basic hardware replacement, software installation, and troubleshooting tasks
- Apply prebuilt image packages to new or existing devices
- Assist with user profile migrations and support end-user onboarding
- Deliver remote support when necessary and resolve user-reported issues
- Document service requests, resolutions, and follow-ups in tracking systems
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in desktop support or IT helpdesk environments
Proficiency with:
- Windows Imaging and Driver Management
- User profile migration
- Basic hardware and software troubleshooting
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Active Directory and user account management
- Experience with Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)
- Exposure to mobile device deployments and third-party software installations
Additional Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must pass a background check and complete onboarding procedures
- Adherence to all IT and data security protocols is required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
