We are looking for a Construction Staff Accountant for a growing and successful Commercial Construction Company. This role will work closely with all members of the accounting team including AR, AP, purchasing, payroll and admin staff
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and examine accounting records, financial statements, taxes, and other financial reports
- Develop and analyze reporting for business operations and budgets
- Perform audits, job costing, fleet management and ensuring adherence to standard requirements
- Report analysis and findings to management team
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in construction accounting or other related fields
- Experience with Spectrum ERP (preferred, not required)
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Business Administration
- Detail and deadline-oriented
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Salary : $80,000 - $90,000
