Commercial and Industrial Painter

McCord Contractors, INC. is seeking Painters, Epoxy Floor Installers, and applicants with a Background in Concrete.

Experienced and professional applicants with painting experience are encouraged to apply. Background in concrete or epoxy flooring are a plus. We work on Commercial and Industrial projects. Must be able to adapt to different environments. If you can't be safe while working, do not apply.

Hiring Pay is Negotiable Based on Experience

Required:

- Background Check and Drug Test Required (Military and Pharmaceutical)

- Valid Driver's license and Transportation

- Be available for weekend work and night shift as needed. Projects are done around customer schedules.

- 2 Professional References

- Understand Basic English (Speak, Read, Write)

- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs

- Be able to work on a ladder up to 40Ft and a lift up to 120 Ft.

- Able to work on hands and knees (Floor edging is done by hand grinding on knees)

- Be available for out of town work (Up to five days - this is not a regular occurrence but is required if project calls for it. We pay ride time to and from job site, per diem for over night stay, and hotel.)

- Individual must be driven and take pride in their work.
