What are the responsibilities and job description for the Resident Coordinator position at McCormack Baron Management, Inc.?
Key Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Functions):

- Responsible for planning, developing, coordinating, and implementing all Resident Services activities, programs and services.
- Establish networks with agencies and service providers in the community who will provide direct services to residents.
- Work with team to provide effective leadership and assistance to residents and staff.
- Markets and recruits residents to participate in the activities, programs, and services offered by McCormack Baron Management and other service providers.
- Provide general case management which includes intake, (services available and application procedures) and referrals of residents to service providers in the general community.
- These social services may include, home health aides, utility financial assistance agencies; rental financial assistance, if necessary, varies case by case.
Experience:
- Must have the ability to work with a team and utilize the team approach to service delivery.
- Proven effectiveness in program design, implementation, and management.
- Ability to effectively relate and interact with people of diverse cultural, social, and economic backgrounds.
- Have a working knowledge of various local resources and service providers.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability for effective presentations.
- Excellent leadership and motivational skills required.
- Experience working with senior citizens individuals with disabilities.
- Experience in conflict resolution and crisis intervention.
Work Environment/Physical Demands:
- This job operates in a clerical office setting. This role routinely utilizes standard office equipment such as computers, phone, photocopiers/printers, and filing cabinets.
- This position requires sitting, bending, stooping, or standing as necessary. Our offices are equipped with electronic desks for standing or sitting.
