You will be joining a talented Estimating department with 5 Estimators, working on high level projects.
Because of their exceptional reputation they have lots of inbound leads, so you will be handed live projects to quote and close, which could be 10 - 20 at one time!

Company Details
The company began are a commercial roofing contractor who have been successfully operating in for more than 40 years. They currently generate $45m but have ambitious growth pans to surpass $80m in the next few years.
They work on complex commercial and industrial projects which include; steel mills, power plants, the Chicago Ford assembly plant, and Department of energy.
100% of their projects are re-roofing, valued from $20k repairs to $12m major works. And they deliver 250 - 400 projects each year, installing TPO. PVC, and EPDM systems.
In 2018 they became ESOP (employee owned) and structed a board of Directors and Chairmen to take things to the next level by implementing more advanced SOPs and processes.
They employee over 200 staff (42 in office) and do not subcontract their work to ensure their high-quality standards are met with their skilled in-house technicians.
