Your Role
- Managing daily operations at the field level of all active jobs
- Ensure field Superintendents and Foreman are tracking use of materials on jobs and waste is kept to a minimum.
- You will have five direct reports - Three Superintendents and Two Foremen
- Assist Project Manager and Production Manager set up labor matrix on production jobs.
- Weekly field visits too all jobs to ensure the company’s three core values (SAFETY, QUALITY, CUSTOMER SERVICE) are being followed and upheld at all times.

Key Requirements
- 5 – 7 years’ experience in roofing management
- Strong technical knowledge of low-slope roofing systems
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to handle large workloads
