About the Position :
Our client, a Midwest-based national law firm, is seeking a commercial finance attorney to join its sophisticated Chicago practice. This practice group has nearly 100 years of experience representing banks, bank holding companies, and other financial institutions with various finance matters, including loan transactions, equipment leases, and restructurings. This position will focus primarily on lending transactions in the representation of banks, funds, and other financial institutions.
