We are working with a highly-regarded Chicago law firm that has an immediate need for an experienced real estate attorney (4 yrs) to join its thriving practice as a mid-level associate. This practice is Chambers-ranked and handles a variety of real estate matters across the country, including acquisitions and dispositions, joint venture transactions, real estate development, and commercial leasing.

Responsibilities:
· Work on an array of complex real estate transactions, including joint ventures, title and survey review, financing, leasing, and sales and acquisitions
· Manage transactions with limited supervision
Required Qualifications:
· 4 or more years of complex commercial real estate transactions experience, including financing, leasing, development, acquisitions and dispositions, joint ventures, and title and survey review
· Experience managing real estate transactions
· Strong academic credentials and the desire for a sophisticated and hands-on real estate practice

Chicago, IL (Hybrid)
Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $220,000 - $260,000.
