About the Position:
We are working with an Am Law 100 Firm that has an immediate need for a corporate M&A attorney to join its Chicago office as an associate. This practice represents private and public companies in a range of sophisticated domestic and international M&A transactions, and regularly works on multi-million and billion dollar deals.

Responsibilities:
· Advise public and private companies, as well as financial sponsors, in corporate transactions
· Lead Private Equity M&A due diligence teams and negotiate transactions as integral part of deal team
· Lead deals involving representations & warranties insurance (RWI) underwriters facilitating the placement of RWI
Required Qualifications:
· 4 or more years of corporate M&A experience with a law firm or in-house legal department
· Experience should include transactions involving purchasing RWI
Location:
Chicago, IL (Hybrid)
Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $175,000 – $330,000.
