Assistant Director, Asset Management

Position Summary 
McCormick Taylor is seeking an Asset Management Assistant Director to join our growing team.  We are looking for a dynamic professional capable of building, leading and growing this new business line.  The primary duties of this position include supporting the Deputy Director in building a team of asset management professionals that deliver business and technology solutions to our clients.  Experience for this position includes a high level of technical expertise in the field of asset management, including program management, process development and project delivery. 

Responsibilities:
•    Support the development and implement an Asset Management strategic plan company wide.
•    Build relationships with internal leaders/staff and new/existing clients.
•    Hire and mentor technical and project management staff.
•    Oversee project delivery, health and quality from start to finish for multiple projects.
•    Coordinate client/teaming positioning
•    Assist with marketing activities including proposal, presentation and collateral development
•    Participate in industry organizations and attend events/conferences 

Qualifications:
•    15 years of professional experience
•    BS degree in engineering
•    Professional Engineer preferred
•    Experience building successful asset management programs
•    Strong program and project management experience
•    Strong client relationships and the ability to build new ones
•    Strong leadership skills
•    Strong interpersonal skills, capable of successfully mentoring and managing others
•    Strong communications and technical writing skills
