Position Summary
McCormick Taylor is seeking an Asset Management Assistant Director to join our growing team. We are looking for a dynamic professional capable of building, leading and growing this new business line. The primary duties of this position include supporting the Deputy Director in building a team of asset management professionals that deliver business and technology solutions to our clients. Experience for this position includes a high level of technical expertise in the field of asset management, including program management, process development and project delivery.

Responsibilities
- Support the development and implement an Asset Management strategic plan company wide.
- Build relationships with internal leaders/staff and new/existing clients.
- Hire and mentor technical and project management staff.
- Oversee project delivery, health and quality from start to finish for multiple projects.
- Coordinate client/teaming positioning
- Assist with marketing activities including proposal, presentation and collateral development
- Participate in industry organizations and attend events/conferences
Qualifications
- 15 years of professional experience
- BS degree in engineering
- Professional Engineer preferred
- Experience building successful asset management programs
- Strong program and project management experience
- Strong client relationships and the ability to build new ones
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, capable of successfully mentoring and managing others
- Strong communications and technical writing skills
